Davey and Charlie shared half a box of crackers.  They each had 20 crackers.  How many crackers did the box have when it was full?

It said the two boys ate 20 each so I did 20 plus 20 and got 40 crackers but that was only half.Then I did 40 plus 40 to get 80 crackers for the answer
